The second thing we do during week-ends.... we eat! Invited at Eva and Basem's. Our best paella ever. So what do we do during the week? We diet. To recover!

On holidays !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not been a dull year. One can't say we got bored in Congo. We've also travelled a bit: China, Uganda, Rwanda, India, and here and there in Congo. Now it's time to hit the road again. Back to Lebanon for Christmas and New Year. Needless to say we're...

Rita's birthday

Do we drink too much in Goma? I have the impression we see things in double those days... After the double wedding few weeks ago, let me talk here about a double birthday celebration. Rita turned 29 last week. It was also Basem's birthday a few days ago....

Workers get their cash

It's paiement day today. Men and women who have ben working on rehabilitating the road come to get their cash: 30 US dollars for 15 days of work. It's been raining heavily those last hours and people wait patiently that the storm ends to reach the office...
